How much does it cost to use The Helpnet Medical?
Is there a trial period?
Yes, there is a trial period. The first week of the subscription is FREE without charges. During this period, your associated payment method will not be charged yet. We will only charge your payment after the trial period and if you do not cancel the subscription.
When will I be charged?
The first subscription charge will be done after the 7‑day trial period – provided that you do not cancel your subscription before the 7 days are up. The charges for the recurrent monthly and yearly subscription will be done at the beginning of each month/year.
Can I cancel my subscription and get a refund?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription through your user account area; however, you will not be refunded if your payment method has been charged already. All cancellations must be made before your payment method is charged. For example, if your subscription ends on the 30th of each month, ensure you cancel on or before the 30th before the next month is charged

Do I need to register to use The Helpnet Medical?
You may access The Helpnet Medical website and read content without opening a user account. However, to use our communication channel with your patients, you are required to register a user account and subscribe to a tariff.
I forgot my password. How do I recover it?
To recover your forgotten password or request a new one, “Forgot password?” when you register or login. You will be provided with a form to submit your account associated email address, where further instructions will be forwarded to recover your password.

Is The Helpnet Medical only available for doctor-patient communications?
No, The Helpnet Medical is not only for you communication with your patient. You can also use it to communicate between colleagues and make conference calls with a group of colleagues, hospitals or clinics.

How secure is it to use The Helpnet Medical?
The Helpnet Medical is built with security as a core function. The communication between you and your patients or colleagues are encrypted. We use secure servers in Germany with ISO27001 Certifications. We also audit the website every year through external auditors. Furthermore, we process any information you share with us in accordance with the GDPR law of May 25, 2018. Is my communication with my patient confidential?
Yes, it is! Anything you discuss with anyone you send the invite link to is confidential. The Helpnet Medical provides a secure channel, where only you and the patient are able to see any files, material or resources shared.
Do you store my payment method information?
Yes, we store your payment information in your user account profile area. This will enable us to charge and process your subscriptions anytime it is due. We do not store your payment method information for any other purposes other than to process your recurrent payments.

How do I use The Helpnet Medical?
Using The Helpnet-Medical is easy. The process involves you registering a user account, verifying your identity and submitting your payment method for payment processing. Once all that is done, you can create an appointment, and we can send your patients an invitation link to connect via their email address.
Why should I use The Helpnet Medical?
The Helpnet Medical offers lots of benefits such as the absence of installation, secure channel, available on most devices (including on a computer, tablet, or mobile phone), saves time, increases patient satisfaction and promotes confidentiality.

What payment methods does The Helpnet Medical accept?
Payments for your subscriptions on The Helpnet Medical can be made with PayPal or Credit/Debit Cards. Payment is processed via a secure processor, Stripe. However, if you would like to pay using other payment methods, reach out to us at contact@the-helpnet-medical.ch. We will advise if such a payment method is acceptable.

I am a patient. Do I have to pay?
No, you do not! All service cost will be borne by the practitioner or the organisation that engages you. All you need to do is connect to the conversation with the link that we send to your email address
