How much does it cost to use The Helpnet Medical?

There are two sub­scrip­tion plans on The Help­net Med­ical per license: Month­ly or Year­ly plans. The month­ly plan costs CHF 149 charged to your pay­ment method recur­rent­ly every month end. The year­ly plan, on the oth­er hand, costs CHF 1’639 charged to your pay­ment method each year. Pay­ment does not include the rel­e­vant VAT and bank charges.   If you rep­re­sent an organ­i­sa­tion with the needs of more than 10 licens­es, you may reach out to us via contact@the-helpnet-medical.ch for a cus­tomised offer. 

Is there a trial period?

Yes, there is a tri­al peri­od. The first week of the sub­scrip­tion is FREE with­out charges. Dur­ing this peri­od, your asso­ci­at­ed pay­ment method will not be charged yet. We will only charge your pay­ment after the tri­al peri­od and if you do not can­cel the subscription.

When will I be charged?

The first sub­scrip­tion charge will be done after the 7‑day tri­al peri­od – pro­vid­ed that you do not can­cel your sub­scrip­tion before the 7 days are up. The charges for the recur­rent month­ly and year­ly sub­scrip­tion will be done at the begin­ning of each month/year.

Can I cancel my subscription and get a refund?

Yes, you can can­cel your sub­scrip­tion through your user account area; how­ev­er, you will not be refund­ed if your pay­ment method has been charged already. All can­cel­la­tions must be made before your pay­ment method is charged. For exam­ple, if your sub­scrip­tion ends on the 30th of each month, ensure you can­cel on or before the 30th before the next month is charged

Do I need to register to use The Helpnet Medical?

You may access The Help­net Med­ical web­site and read con­tent with­out open­ing a user account. How­ev­er, to use our com­mu­ni­ca­tion chan­nel with your patients, you are required to reg­is­ter a user account and sub­scribe to a tariff.

I forgot my password. How do I recover it?

To recov­er your for­got­ten pass­word or request a new one, “For­got pass­word?” when you reg­is­ter or login. You will be pro­vid­ed with a form to sub­mit your account asso­ci­at­ed email address, where fur­ther instruc­tions will be for­ward­ed to recov­er your password.

Can I change/edit my payment method?

Yes, you can! To do change or edit your pay­ment method, log in to your user account and change or edit your exist­ing pay­ment method.

Is The Helpnet Medical only available for doctor-patient communications?

No, The Help­net Med­ical is not only for you com­mu­ni­ca­tion with your patient. You can also use it to com­mu­ni­cate between col­leagues and make con­fer­ence calls with a group of col­leagues, hos­pi­tals or clinics.

Is my communication with my patient confidential?

Yes, it is!  Any­thing you dis­cuss with any­one you send the invite link to is con­fi­den­tial. The Help­net Med­ical pro­vides a secure chan­nel, where only you and the patient are able to see any files, mate­r­i­al or resources shared.

How secure is it to use The Helpnet Medical?

The Help­net Med­ical is built with secu­ri­ty as a core func­tion. The com­mu­ni­ca­tion between you and your patients or col­leagues are encrypt­ed. We use secure servers in Ger­many with ISO27001 Cer­ti­fi­ca­tions. We also audit the web­site every year through exter­nal audi­tors. Fur­ther­more, we process any infor­ma­tion you share with us in accor­dance with the GDPR law of May 25, 2018. How do I use The Helpnet Medical?

Using The Help­net-Med­i­cal is easy. The process involves you reg­is­ter­ing a user account, ver­i­fy­ing your iden­ti­ty and sub­mit­ting your pay­ment method for pay­ment pro­cess­ing. Once all that is done, you can cre­ate an appoint­ment, and we can send your patients an invi­ta­tion link to con­nect via their email address.

Why should I use The Helpnet Medical?

The Help­net Med­ical offers lots of ben­e­fits such as the absence of instal­la­tion, secure chan­nel, avail­able on most devices (includ­ing on a com­put­er, tablet, or mobile phone), saves time, increas­es patient sat­is­fac­tion and pro­motes confidentiality.

What payment methods does The Helpnet Medical accept?

Pay­ments for your sub­scrip­tions on The Help­net Med­ical can be made with Pay­Pal or Credit/Debit Cards. Pay­ment is processed via a secure proces­sor, Stripe. How­ev­er, if you would like to pay using oth­er pay­ment meth­ods, reach out to us at contact@the-helpnet-medical.ch. We will advise if such a pay­ment method is acceptable.

I am a patient. Do I have to pay?

No, you do not! All ser­vice cost will be borne by the prac­ti­tion­er or the organ­i­sa­tion that engages you. All you need to do is con­nect to the con­ver­sa­tion with the link that we send to your email address
